Currently the Sr. Vice President, Corporate Services & Strategic Planning at Moreno Group LLC, Ian Foster also brings 28 years experience with Fluor Corporation’s Contract Management group. Strategic assignments included global resource development, portfolio assignments in people development, training, work process development/implementation and systems development. Ian has also worked with several EPC and Engineering companies in England, Belgium, Holland and Canada, principally in Civil and Structural Engineering serving the Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure and Commercial Industries.
