Document Profile templates are provided for the main types of active documents that either inputs or outputs of a major capital project. All nuclear document profile templates are designed meet traceability requirements of your safety authority. Examples include engineering, documentation, training, and construction assurance document profiles.

Work Processes
Work process templates are built to drive accelerated performance using best practices for major capital projects. All work process templates are designed to meet quality assurance and traceability requirements of your safety authority, but allow for easy customization to meet your specific project needs and license commitments.

The components of every work process template include:

• Workflows that automate and control the standard operating procedure which the work process represents. Examples include engineering design, construction work packages, contract administration and operational readiness standard operating procedures.
• Electronic forms are used to streamline forms-driven business processes (e.g. inspections, checklists, comments) and gather information efficiently and reliably in a centralized manner. The use of electronic forms allows for automatic routing based on a predefined responsibility matrix, monitoring of progress of complex review and approval cycles, and escalation of a form based on predefined processing time and priority.
• Document Profiles are used to process controlled documents. A Document Profile describes the specific meta data that must be tracked during the work process, as well as the distribution matrix for preparing, reviewing, approving, and issuing all documents assigned to this Document Profile.
